FORMAT: Games will be 12 ends. All positions will be luck of the draw. 1st Round: 18 bowlers will compete on 6 rinks. The winner on each rink will advance to the next round. 2nd Round: The 6 advancing winners from above will play on 2 rinks producing 2 winners.
3rd Round: The 3rd round will be a singles
match to determine 1st and 2nd places
and will be played on Friday, November 18. SCORING: There will be 1 point scored per end. An extra end will be played to break a tie.

Our club's resident lizard came out to see what all the excitment was about.  Mike Newton and Doug Dow were the winners of the second round playoff. They decided to playoff their singles match on Friday, November 18th to decide the winner and second place of the cutthroat tournament.  1st Place: Doug Dow After 12 ends the score was a tie and it took an extra end for Doug to pull out a win.  Score chart shows how the elinimation progressed to the winner. |
