St Patrick's Day Fun Event

Our St Patrick's Day fun Event was hosted by the gang from Thousand Oaks, namely: John Op de Coul, Denny Ryan, Earl Watz and Gregg Schrott.  Every one dressed up in their "Irish for the day" outfits.  The game for the day was called rotation, where each member on the triples team plays each position on the team for four ends.  At the end of the 12 end game the team that had the highest score was awarded a prize.  Also, a prize was awarded for the couple that was judged the best dressed.  We had a great turnout with most rinks full.  With guests we had about 48 for lunch.  We feasted on chicken and tri-tip with all the extras plus great desserts.  Joe and Gloria Brown came in and furnished all the decorations which made the day very festive.
