26 Ghosts and Goblins showed up for our annual Halloween Bash. The
day started off with our famous "Spider" which was won by Joe
Brown. Next came a wonderful game where a tin can and yard stick
is used to measure for points. This makes
it easy for both teams to score points in each end. Prizes were
given to the team scoring the most points. This was won by the
team of Amador Martinez, Pauline Escalante and Edith Dowsing for a triples
game while Bob Smith and Mike Basler won for the pairs game. Prizes
were awarded for the best
costumes for scariest-Jordan Austin, funniest-Mike Basler,and
cutest-Marie Moore.
After the
morning game everyone came in for a delicious lunch that was organized and prepared
for us by Joe and Gloria Brown as well as many others that contributed to the pot luck.
A special thanks go to Joe and Gloria Brown for all their
planning and the fantastic decorations they put up.
